Highlights Review: LME Asia Week 2025

On May 20-21, 2025, the London Metal Exchange (LME) Asia Week was successfully held in Hong Kong. Our company, Eagle Metal, was honored to be invited to attend the LME Summit, participating in this industry exchange event to discuss the future direction of the industry with peers from various sectors.

This year’s LME Asia Week gathered industry leaders and elites from various sectors to discuss the latest trends and developments in the metal market, providing a crucial platform for exchange and learning within the global metals industry.

On May 20, the HKEx Commodities Committee Advisory Group (CCAG) meeting brought together industry elites. Mr. Li Zhihua, General Manager of our company, Eagle Metal, attended the meeting as a member of the LME Asia Committee. At the meeting, he shared his insights and outlook on the current state of the industry, and engaged in fruitful exchanges with leaders from HKEx and the London Metal Exchange, as well as other key market participants, injecting new momentum into the sector’s development.

Vice President Ni Hongyan of the company was interviewed by media outlets including Bloomberg, where she analyzed and discussed the impact of factors such as sustainable development, geopolitics, and supply chain bottlenecks on the prospects of the commodity industry, and shared her insights on future trends in the sector.

At the dinner and networking events hosted by the LME, our company established excellent communication channels with attending delegates, numerous metal enterprises, and international financial institutions. Multiple consensuses on collaborative development were reached, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
