The 2025 3rd Shanghai International Mining Industry Exchange Conference, one of the Shanghai meetings of the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), was successfully concluded in Shanghai. The conference brought together industry leaders and media representatives from both China and abroad to engage in in-depth discussions on core topics including mining policy direction, supply-demand dynamics, technological innovation, and international cooperation.

Eagle Metal was invited to participate in the roundtable forum. Vice President Ni Hongyan, representing Eagle Metal, shared practical experience on topics including responding to policy changes, assessing price trends, and building supply chain resilience. She emphasized that companies should advance diversified resource allocation, strengthen the utilization of recycled metals, and innovate trade models to address risks arising from geopolitical tensions and market volatility.

Based on the CIIE’s core concept of “A New Era, Shared Future,” the conference has established a vital platform for the global mining industry to exchange information and achieve mutual success. Moving forward, as the green transition and the wave of digitalization advance, the mining industry will evolve toward greater intelligence, efficiency, and sustainability. Chinese enterprises are poised to play an increasingly significant role in the global allocation of mineral resources.
